07.10 – Challenge 1
In this task, I want to test if you know what is the chronological order of multidisciplinary coordination activities. What’s more, I want you to plan them in the calendar. Do the following:
1. Download and open the spreadsheet for this challenge – Download (This file you can also find in the exercise folder related to this lesson)
2. In row 14 from the downloaded spreadsheet you will find the tasks description you need to do
Tip: Please check lesson 07.05. It will definitely help you in completing this challenge.
07.10 – Challenge 2
In this task, I want to test if you understand how to plan coordination activities.
Follow the steps:
1. Download and open the document – Download (This file you can also find in the exercise folder related to this lesson)
2. You have 3 tabs in the document: System Hierarchy, Coord. Schedule per weeks and Milestone 7 and 8
3. In the System Hierarchy tab you have the system hierarchy that we are going to use in this homework.
4. In the tab – Coord. Schedule per week – Your task is:
To plan when, over the course of the year, specific parts of the model will reach specific status codes.
TIP: See how it was done in lesson 07/09, and try to build a coordination schedule accordingly
5. Next, having the coordination schedule ready, go to the Milestone 7, 8 tab
6. In this tab, your task is:
To plan when a particular discipline should deliver its models so that the deadlines specified in the “coordination schedule” will be met. You need to do it for milestones 7 and 8.
